Intended Learning Outcomes ​

Upon successful completion of this training program, participants will gain comprehensive knowledge of the Temos International Healthcare Accreditation system, including its accreditation process, eligibility criteria, and preconditions. Attendees will learn about the standards for “Excellence in Medical Tourism incl. Quality in Medical Care” and recognize the significance of these standards in improving healthcare quality. Additionally, trainees will become familiar with the Temos online tools and their application in the preparation process, understand the Temos rating and scoring system to support organizations in self-assessment and gap analysis, and develop the essential skills and core competencies required to work as a Temos-approved consultant.

The training course will engage participants with adult learning methodologies and an interactive training delivery style. The program fosters a hands-on approach where participants can effectively build and apply both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Through interactive sessions and group exercises specifically tailored to introduce and get a good understanding of Temos medical standards, participants will have the opportunity to actively participate and enhance their abilities.

Part 4. Final assessment (written exam)

The exam will be administered on May 19, 2025. Participants will receive a link to the exam and will have a 90-minute window to complete it. This link will remain accessible for all participants until May 23, 2025.

Certificate prerequisites

To successfully obtain the certificate, participants will need to fulfill the following prerequisites, which are designed to assess their knowledge, engagement, and professionalism throughout the training course:

  • Self-studying (pre-recorded lectures): Participants must complete all assigned pre-recorded lectures independently to ensure they have a solid understanding of the course material.
  • Attendance (Parts 2 & 3) in live mode: Active participation in the live sessions is mandatory to facilitate interactive learning and engagement with Temos Academy trainers and peers.
  • The practical Assignment: During Part 3, participants will engage in practical exercises and simulations, acting as both customers and consultants. Participants will be required to prepare a presentation for an assigned task, which may include a case study, situation analysis, or gap analysis. The presentations will be evaluated based on a scoring system that includes the following criteria: content, slide visualization, professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and innovative approach.
  • Contributions throughout the training course: Participants are expected to actively contribute to discussions and activities throughout the course (chat, questions, comments).
  • Assessment and final exam: To evaluate the learning success of the training course, participants will be required to pass an exam with a minimum score of 70%.
