Course Methodology
The training course will engage participants with adult learning methodologies and an interactive training delivery style. The program fosters a hands-on approach where participants can effectively build and apply both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Part 1: Theoretical training (pre-recorded lectures) (21 hours)
- Accessible at their convenience, participants will gain access to pre-recorded sessions, (20 hours), which will center around Temos Standard Interpretation, concluding with a dedicated Q&A session (1 hour).

Part 2. Case studies (online learning) (7 hours)
Participants will immerse themselves in online learning, delving into case studies and gaining exclusive insights into the Temos accreditation process, including Temos Rating and Scoring structure. Moreover, participants will receive instruction on the Temos Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct for Temos-approved consultants, ensuring a holistic understanding of professional standards and responsibilities. This comprehensive module, spanning seven hours, will also incorporate an additional one-hour Q&A session.
Part 3. Practical work (online learning) (7 hours)
Participants will delve into practical work, role play, and simulations where they will take on dual roles, acting as both customers and consultants. This comprehensive module, spanning seven hours, will also incorporate an introduction to Temos’ online tools and a closing Q&A session.
Part 4. Final assessment (written exam)
All participants will be required to pass the written exam to obtain the certificate of completion.

Part 4. Final assessment (written exam)
The exam will be administered on April 22nd. Participants will receive a link to the exam and will have a 90-minute window to complete it. This link will remain accessible for all participants until April 27th.
Verified Certificate
Upon completing the “Temos Approved Consultants” training course and passing the final exam, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion. These certificates can be verified through the dedicated verification feature available on the Temos Academy website. With the verified certificate, participants have the option to securely share their achievements with others using a unique link provided by Temos Academy.

Requirements
- Participants should have a good understanding of healthcare systems and processes.

- Participants are required to finalize the application process by submitting their CVs (obligatory) and supporting documentation, such as recommendation letters from relevant work experiences, certificates of training in related topics, or a brief introductory video (optional) to prove that they are qualified to work as Temos-approved consultants.
- The application process will involve completing a registration form and providing a link to access CVs and supporting documents stored on Google Drive or Dropbox.
