Since 2004, Dr. Mika has been developing the Temos International healthcare accreditation and certification systems. The work includes assessing hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, reproductive health centres, dental clinics, and more, on various criteria for quality and performance in patient management and care.

She has consulted more than 100 healthcare organisations worldwide and won numerous accolades for her vision of international patient departments that treat medical tourists as valued healthcare customers. Her knowledge, and collegial way of sharing it, generates constant inquiries from facilities looking to improve their international patient departments, ultimately leading to the establishment of Temos Academy.

Ms. Nadya Kalwa is an experienced international relations manager and higher education expert. She has developed her leadership and strategic partnership skills working in management positions with numerous universities in Russia, Europe, and most recently, Asia.  For several years, she worked as a Higher Education Reform Expert within Erasmus + Programme and provided training and counselling activities related to the management of EU​-funded​ projects​​. Her work in the international arena equipped her with deep knowledge about different international education systems, global issues of internationalisation, capacity building & fundraising, intercultural communication, and quality management systems.

Ms. Kalwa is a professional trained to develop, design, and execute cooperation programs holding a unique ability to drive improvement initiatives within organisations. These attributes are particularly valuable for an organisation like Temos Academy where the oft-changing, constantly evolving business of education, healthcare, and technology come together.
