Ms. Nadya Kalwa is an experienced international relations manager and higher education expert. She has developed her leadership and strategic partnership skills working in management positions with numerous universities in Russia, Europe, and most recently, Asia. For several years, she worked as a Higher Education Reform Expert within Erasmus + Programme and provided training & counselling activities related to the management of EU-funded projects.
Her work in the international arena equipped her with deep knowledge about different international education systems, global issues of internationalisation, capacity building & fundraising, intercultural communication, and quality management systems. Ms. Kalwa is a professional trained to develop, design, and execute cooperation programs holding a unique ability to drive improvement initiatives within organisations. These attributes are particularly valuable for an organisation like Temos Academy where the oft-changing, constantly evolving business of education, healthcare, and technology come together.
