This page outlines the process of becoming an official Temos Academy Trainer. It provides the necessary procedural information and the digital form required to apply.
Who We Are Looking For
Temos Academy uses the standard term "Trainer" for all educators, facilitators, and instructors. We consider these roles equivalent, with no hierarchical distinction between "novice" and "master." All trainers are professionals selected based on the same high standards for healthcare expertise and teaching ability.
Ideal Candidates Possess:
Sector Experience:
Background in healthcare quality, patient safety, clinical governance, or medical tourism.
Teaching Skills:
Experience delivering training (onsite and online) to adult learners.
Communication:
Fluency in English (or the designated training language) with strong intercultural awareness.
The Selection Process
We use a transparent, four-step process to ensure quality and consistency.
Step 1: Application
Submit your CV and the digital form below (approx. 10–15 mins).
Step 2: Interview
A 30-minute video call to get to know your background, teaching experience, and approach.
Step 3: Microteaching
A short sample teaching session where you present a pre-defined topic using our templates.
Step 4: Entry
Upon approval by the Medical Board, you will join our official trainer pool.
Please note that successful completion of the microteaching does not guarantee admission to the pool. Admission to the trainer pool is at the sole discretion of the Temos Medical Board. Temos Academy reserves the right to decline applications without providing detailed reasoning.
Our Commitment to You
We support our trainers to ensure success.
Orientation:
New trainers receive a 90-minute introduction to our required adult learning methodologies and training tools.
Free Professional Development:
You will have access to our Train-the-Trainer (ToT) program. This annual training is completely free and offers insights into effective training strategies, remote training techniques, and further practical tips.
Participation in one session per year is mandatory to remain active.
Terms of Cooperation
Please be aware of the following conditions regarding the trainer position:
Appointment by Need:
Trainers are appointed strictly according to the operational needs of Temos Academy. Acceptance into the pool does not guarantee immediate assignment to a course.
Freelance Status:
Collaboration is based on a freelance framework agreement. This is not a permanent employment contract.
Financial Terms:
Fees and financial arrangements are defined in the agreement and determined on a case-by-case basis.
