The Standard Fee applies to individuals registering for the event at the standard rate. This fee is open to all participants and reflects the regular cost of attending the training and offers a fair pricing structure for individuals who may have missed the early bird registration period.

The Early Bird Fee is specifically designed for individuals who wish to take advantage of a discounted rate by registering early. This special pricing is available to all individuals. To benefit from this reduced fee, please register within the deadline.

Applicants from countries classified by the World Bank as Low-Income or Lower-Middle-Income Economies are eligible for a Temos Academy Voucher, offering a 50% discount on the registration fee. The discount is limited and granted on a first-come, first-served basis. This initiative aims to make learning more inclusive and accessible for professionals from developing countries. If eligible, apply early to secure your discounted spot.

To request a voucher, please email the Temos Academy Team at contact@temos-academy.com. Include your intention to apply and confirm your country’s eligibility. Once approved, you’ll receive a unique voucher code to complete your registration and payment.

Additionally, applicants referred through the Director of the Temos Regional Office in India are entitled to an extra 10% exclusive discount. These applicants do not need to contact the Temos Academy directly to receive this benefit.

The Standard Fee applies to organizations registering for the event at the regular rate. Organizations may also benefit from special package rates for group registrations. The Partner Special Fee applies to Temos Accredited and Assessed Partner organizations, and eligible Indian organizations.

Registration and payment policy

Temos Academy Voucher: If this option is selected by an individual not from the list of developing countries, an invoice for the difference will be issued.
Partner Special: If this option is selected by an individual representing an organization not accredited by Temos, an invoice for the difference will be issued.
Only one discount is applicable per registration. Discounts such as Temos Academy vouchers, Early bird rate, and Special rates for Temos partners cannot be combined with each other or with any other promotional offers.

Cancellation policy
We understand that circumstances may change unexpectedly, and we strive to provide reasonable solutions while ensuring the continuity and integrity of our training programs.
Temos Academy has a cancellation policy in place to ensure a fair and transparent process.

If you wish to cancel your registration for a program, we kindly request that you adhere to the following guidelines:

In the unforeseen circumstances that you have to cancel your participation, please make sure to notify us in writing regarding any cancellations or requests for alternative arrangements, and we will assist you accordingly. All cancellations must be received in writing.

Cancellations submitted in writing to Temos Academy more than 7 days prior to the scheduled training course will be accepted, and a refund of the total training cost will be provided, excluding a 10% (ex VAT) administrative fee.

For cancellations received within 7 days of the event, refunds will not be granted. However, we offer alternative options to accommodate our participants. You have the flexibility to transfer your registration to another person who can attend the training on your behalf. Additionally, if feasible, you may choose to participate in another similar training program offered by Temos Academy.

Insufficient demand
Temos Academy acknowledges the possibility of program cancellations and reserves the right to cancel any scheduled program if there is an inadequate number of participants, as determined solely by us. In the event of a program cancellation or oversubscription, full registration fees will be refunded to participants. Any applicable bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Conflict of Interest
To uphold the integrity and impartiality of the Temos accreditation process, Temos reserves the right to disqualify individuals to be found affiliated with competing accreditation bodies, as it may pose a conflict of interest.

Multimedia material
I acknowledge that it may not be possible to exclude me, as a participant in this training program, from processes aimed at capturing photographic, video, and other multimedia material to document and communicate about this event. Therefore, I provide my consent to the Temos Academy for the utilization of any such photographs, videos, and other multimedia material in which I may appear. These materials may be used for the promotion of Temos Academy learning activities, as well as to support Temos Academy initiatives. They may be included in learning and communication products, publications, and activities conducted by the Temos Academy or its partners. This includes their dissemination through various means deemed appropriate by the Temos Academy for the achievement of these objectives.
