Zahid Hamid is a medical travel facilitator and management consultant with a career spanning over 20 years in healthcare, technology, and international defense diplomacy. He serves as a Temos Trainer and is a prominent global speaker who has addressed medical travel and healthcare conferences across more than 20 countries throughout Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. As a geopolitical analyst and strategic leader, he leverages his background in cross-border collaboration to drive international health tourism development and the integration of emerging technologies within global healthcare systems.

Dr. Asaad M. Riad MT

Dr. Asaad M. Riad

Dr. Asaad M. Riad is a healthcare strategist and executive with over 23 years of experience in international medical assistance, travel medicine, and cross-border patient services. He leads the Temos International regional office in Egypt and serves on the Temos Assessor Advisory Board, having audited and advised healthcare providers across 16 countries on clinical quality and accreditation. An entrepreneur and Consultant Radiologist, he leverages his expertise in healthcare marketing, branding, and managed care (MHP) to drive strategic growth and operational excellence within the global health tourism sector.

Dr. Shaimaa Elatwey MT

Dr. Shaimaa Elatwey

Dr. Shaimaa Elatwey is an executive healthcare consultant and transformation expert with over 15 years of experience in governance, risk management, and clinical quality across the Middle East. Having consulted for and surveyed more than 50 hospitals on operational commissioning and strategic transformation, she currently serves as a Senior Quality Ambassador in Saudi Arabia. An ISQUA Fellow with an EMBA, she recently joined the Temos team as an assessor to apply her expertise in value-based care and organizational excellence to global accreditation standards.

Obieda Qatuni MT

Obieda Qatuni

Obieda Qatuni is a senior clinical quality specialist with extensive expertise in hospital commissioning, risk management, and strategic operational management. Since 2016, she has served as a Temos Assessor and former Advisory Board Member, evaluating international healthcare standards and excellence programs for various global accreditation bodies. A CPHQ-certified professional with an M.Sc. in Healthcare Quality and Safety, she consults for governmental and private organizations on change management, clinical quality review, and global hospital rating systems.

Rouba Samia MT

Rouba Samia

Rouba Samia is a healthcare executive and consultancy leader with over 15 years of expertise in quality, patient safety, and risk management. She serves as a consultant for private and governmental organizations in Saudi Arabia and Lebanon, having conducted more than 50 assessments to evaluate clinical and operational outcomes. An MBA and nursing professional certified in CPHQ and CPPS, she recently joined the Temos team as an assessor, specializing in building high-performing teams and implementing value-based healthcare models.
